Business Analyst

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Be the ‘Single Point of Contact’ SPOC for the customers using Software Solutions offered by Hotfoot.
  • Have interactions with clients and be the bridge between the Client team and delivery team. 
  • Possess knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycle – BA Skills and Lending Domain
  • Work closely with the external and internal stakeholders and bring solutions to the clients Business requirements and add value to the delivery and experience.
  • To conduct JAD/Requirements gathering sessions and perform details documentation –  requirement tracker, minutes of Meeting, Open Points
  • To provide regular and pre-active status updates to the Management on current and future sprints
  • To follow the agile process in full spirit
  • To create required documentation – Epic/ Story/ FSD
  • To conduct show & tell sessions with customer for deliveries
  • To conduct daily scrum calls and standby calls with client and internal team to follow up on open points and bring to logical closure
  • To highlight dependencies and high risk items to Project

Required Skills:

  • Minimum qualification – B.Com/BBA/M.com /BMS/MBA
  • 3 – 7 Years (As business analyst or related roles)
  • Strong knowledge of Banking & Financial Services, preferably in lending and Loan Origination Systems.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies for software development and project management.
  • Ability to felicitate requirements and perform detailed documentation
  • Clear and precise communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Knowledge on components on Software development
  • Technical Knowledge of Integrations/API’s
  • Sprint Planning  and Delivery Tracking
  • Experience with tools such as Ms Office, Google Workspace, Jira, Postman, Draw.io and Figma.

Head - Finance

Anandan brings over 26 years of extensive experience in Finance, Accounts, HR, and Administration. He currently serves as the Head of Finance at Hotfoot, where he oversees strategic financial planning, statutory compliance, and payroll playing a key role in aligning operational excellence with organizational goals.

 

Anandan is a postgraduate in Commerce from Annamalai University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pachaiyappa’s College, University of Madras. He is proficient in SAP ECC 6 (FI Module), Tally Prime, and various ERP systems, with strong expertise in statutory compliance, budgeting, MIS, and corporate finance.

 

With his deep industry knowledge, hands-on leadership, and cross-functional capabilities, Anandan continues to be a pillar of strategic guidance and operational strength at Hotfoot.

Director - Product Services

Suresh Krishnamoorthy is the Director of Product Services at Hotfoot, bringing over 30 years of experience in the IT/ ITES industry across enterprise products, applications, and services. His expertise spans vendor governance, regulatory compliance, and ICT solutions across multiple sectors, including telecom, healthcare, SMB, education, and government.

 

Before joining Hotfoot, Suresh served as the Head of Vendor Governance, Compliance & Internal Audit for IT at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, where he played a key role in strengthening financial services governance through strategic risk management and compliance frameworks. His deep industry knowledge and leadership experience drive operational excellence and innovation in product services.
